Onion Bhaji

This is such an easy recipe to make what must be the most common starter for Indian meals. You should be able get all the ingredients from your local supermarket.

Preparation:

I followed the instructions exactly as stated on the SpinningChilli website and ended up with some very tasty bhaji's - although I do say so myself, better than some I've tasted in restaurants and takeaways!

And here is the result ...





One thing to add is that next time I will cut the onion into very thin slices, each slice about 1.5 to 2 inch long. I'm thinking it will help the mixture bind together better.
